Abstract

Abstract

Only anti-E(anti-IgG)was detected from the infant's serum and eluate from red blood cells,but anti-E and anti-c(anti-IgG)was positive in maternal serum.Through a series of blood group serological detection analysis,the infant should be diagnosed as hemolytic disease of the newborn induced by anti-E and anti-c antibody.
